ok, i kno the last few posts have been sports commentary, but its good stuff, a very exciting time, right? Especially the World Cup Korea/Japan, cause history has been made. Since the game was in the wee hrs of the morning... i found out the surprising results when i overheard my mom and dad saying that Korea won 1-0 against Portugal... at around 5 in the morn, i think. From a 48 yr hiatus, the Korean team manages to advance to the round of 16 on their own accord, hard fought victories that demand a certain respect. The team has gone a long way, and im pretty proud. Its quite the feat, im impressed to say the least. And the US team also survives to the next round, despite the loss against Poland. But, both have an insurmountable task.. the US will face Mexico while Korea faces Italy. Its going to be some good football, oh yea baby. But through it all, the Korean team has finally proven that they're more than jus elimination fodder. Best of luck against Italy, woo-pah!!!

AHHHHH..... finally i can rest w/o a heavy heart. Last semester can be squared away into past records, and i can start fresh and anew. Breathing a little easier, i can appreciate fully the summer ahead of me, yay. Next sem can wait, the summer truly begins, woo-pah baby. Oh yea, i dyed my hair a little today too, jus a little info about the day. More to come, i dunno when, but it'll be good.

 
Its been raining in the summer... and im not talkin bout the weather. ITS RAINING THREES!!! Lakers finish the finals in grand style, sweeping the Nets in 4, oh yea baby. Those three's rainin down were awesome, icing on the cake. Much milestones achieved, im proud of our Lakers, despite what some ppl thought. Through all the chants of "beat LA" (im getting tired of those) and the criticism, the Lakers proved that they were of championship caliber. So, congradulations to the LA Lakers to their three-peat. So, thus ends my homage to the Lakers. More to come soon, have fun yall.

 
I've been watchin some World Cup action for the past few days, and some games r really good. I witnessed some of the most fluid, beautiful plays. It was a sight to see. And, I have 2 teams im rooting for, one a little more than the other, hehe. That's what faced me w/ the US vs Korea game tonite (or this early morn, if u wanna get technical). I only watched the 2nd half, but it was a good game... Korea had a lotta good looks at the goal... and a lotta dangerous moments. I dont think i can take much more... every time the ball was near the Korea goal... pure agony, ughhh (jus like when i had to leave overtime for final game 7 lakers vs kings). But... they tied, ehhhhhh. Jus hope they can pull off something special during the Portugal game... they need to. That game is goin to be pretty tough. Its all bout advancing to the 2nd round. GOGOGO Korea!!!
